Also, I will suggest a beautiful and simple way of experiencing deep loving sexual intimacy to fulfil both man and woman, irrespective of age and fitness.

It is vitally important for men over fifty, and all men, to understand the energetic dynamics relating to sex and longevity and learn how to increase vitality and longevity instead of decrease longevity.
